摘要
员工建言行为作为组织创新的重要源泉和内生力量,已经成为企业获得竞争优势、提升组织效能的关键要素,得到了国内外学者的广泛关注。从员工建言行为的内涵与外延、测量方式、前因变量和结果变量四个横向维度以及国外研究、国内研究两个纵向维度对该领域的研究成果进行阐释,并通过各横向维度上国内外研究进展的比较,构建出该横向维度的研究成果整合模型。此外,根据国内外研究比较结果,分析了国内在员工建言行为研究领域方面的不足,并以此为依据,对员工建言行为本土化发展趋势作出展望。
Expostulation behavior,as an important source of organizational innovation and endogenous power,has become the key elements for enterprises to obtain competitive advantages and enhance the organizational efficiency and has gotten the wide attention of scholars both at home and abroad at the same time.This article from four horizontal dimensions as the connotation and denotation of voice behavior,measurement methods,the antecedent and consequence variables and two longitudinal dimensions as domestic and foreign views interprets those research achievements.Through the comparison of research progress at home and abroad from horizontal dimensions,we constructed integrated models in the horizontal dimension of research.More importantly,by comparing domestic and external research results,it further analyzes the deficiency of research in the expostulation behavior field in our country.Finally it conducts a brief outlook for future localization trend of expostulation behavior in China.
