城市总规层面城市设计导控要素识别及导控方法——以《宜昌市城市总体规划(2011—2030年)》修改为例

Identification And Control Method Of Control Elements Of Urban Design In Urban Master Plan: Yichang Urban Master Plan(2011-2030) Case

城市设计在城市总规层面,目前还基本停留在以结构性表达为主的方式上,并未涉及到城市设计上需要控制和引导的要素,这会造成在上层规划层面上的导控缺失,同时也不利于指导下位规划的落实。文章在分析城市设计导控特点与要素的基础上,依据城市风貌特色,从总规层面探讨对未来城市建设起到关键作用的城市设计控制要素及其切实有效的引导和控制方法,并以《宜昌市城市总体规划(2011—2030年)》修改为例,通过建立导控要素库,实施城市设计的精细化管理,探寻总体城市设计导控要素的管理方法,以期更好地完善城市总规层面上的城市设计工作内容。

In urban master plan,urban design was expressed with a structural model without dealing with control elemants.It is leading to the lost control of top plans and the weak guidance of bottom plans.By analyzing the control characteristics and elements of urban design,and the characteristics of urban scene,the paper explores the design control elements which play the key role in urban development,and puts forward the control measures in urban master plan.Moreover,the paper takes Yichang Urban Master Plan(2011-2013)as an example,explores the control measures of urban design with control elements library and detailed management,improves the urban design in urban master plan.
