Community Diversified And Self-renewal Based On Local Culture

在城市"存量规划"的转型时代,城市更新以何种创新路径来实现公平、合理、有效的城市发展成为重要命题。面对多元的更新目标,社区作为丰富城市生活的单元载体,其日常性、灵活性、内生性是城市更新重要的智慧源泉。而扎根于地方各种属性特征和禀赋特色的"在地文化"是一种凝练的内生动力,深刻影响着地方的意识形态、价值观念与行为方式,也是社区更新的重要触媒。文章选取广州东山新河浦地区为研究案例,从"在地文化"的视角探讨社区更新如何驱动自主的力量,形成渐进式、多元化的有机更新,探讨其实施路径、效应对城市发展的启示。

In the era of stock planning,creating a rational,fair and effective city with urban renewal has been an important issue.Faced with the various renewal goals,community becomes the unit which carry variety of city life,the daily,flexibility,and endogenous are the important source of wisdom of urban renewal.Local culture is not only the endogenous power which effects local ideology,values and behavior,but also the important accelerant of urban renewal.The paper takes Dongshan Xinhepu area of Guangzhou city as an example,explores a self-renewal method from the viewpoint of local culture,realizes the progressive diversified renewal,discusses the effect to urban development.
