摘要
在共聚物(PC/ABS)合金基体中加入不同比例、不同含量的磷酸三苯酯/微晶纤维素(TPP/MCC)复配阻燃体系,通过熔融共混挤出得到具有阻燃特性的PC/ABS合金。通过极限氧指数测试(LOI)、锥形量热仪测试、垂直燃烧测试等考察了合金材料的阻燃特性。考察了TPP/MCC复配阻燃体系用量对PC/ABS合金力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:在PC/ABS合金中加入10份TPP/MCC复配阻燃体系且TPP/MCC质量比为3/1时,得到了极限氧指数达28.0%,垂直燃烧等级为V-0级且力学性能优良的PC/ABS阻燃合金。TPP/MCC的阻燃机理为气相与凝聚相协同阻燃。
Different ratio and different content of triphenyl phosphate/cellulose(TPP/MCC)were added in the PC/ABS alloy matrix as compounded flame retardant system.PC/ABS blends with flame retardant properties were obtained by melt extrusion.The physical mechanical properties were tested.Limit oxygen index(LOI)test,cone calorimeter,vertical burning and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)were used to characterize the flame retardant properties of alloy.The results showed that when the weight ratio of TPP/MCC was 3/1 and the addition was up to 10 phr,the alloy of PC/ABS showed excellent flame retardant properties.The limit oxygen index was 28.0%,and the vertical combustion grade was V-0 and it also showed excellent mechanical properties.The flame retardant mechanism of TPP/MCC is the flame retardant of gas phase and solid phase.
