企业家背景特征对创业企业技术能力的影响——创新关注的中介作用

The Influence of Entrepreneurs' Background Characteristics on the Venture Enterprise Technological Capability——The Mediating Role of Innovation Attention

为考察企业家背景特征对创业企业技术能力的影响机制,基于高阶理论和注意力基础观,构建了企业家背景特征、创新关注、创业企业技术能力之间作用关系的理论模型,并以创业板上市的201家制造业企业为样本进行了实证检验。研究结果表明:企业家的学历与科学工程类专业背景对创业企业技术能力、创新关注均有正向影响;创新关注在企业家学历、教育专业与创业企业技术能力之间起部分中介作用;企业家年龄和企业家职业背景对创业企业技术能力和创新关注均没有显著影响。

To study the mechanism of entrepreneur background characteristics on venture enterprise technological capability,based on higher-order theory and attention-based view,constructs a theoretical model of relationship between entrepreneurs'background characteristics,innovation attention and venture enterprise technological capability,uses 201 data of China GEM Listing manufacturing corporations sample for empirical test.The results show that the education and scienceengineering background of entrepreneur have a positive impact on technological ability and innovation attention;innovation attention plays a partial mediating role between entrepreneurial education,specialty and venture enterprise technological capability;entrepreneurial age and function background have no significant effects on venture enterprise technological capability and innovation attention.
