摘要
重型运载火箭是我国未来实现载人登月、空间站建设以及深空探测的关键。介绍了国内外主流运载火箭连接环的设计结构,并以叉形环、Y形环及翻边T形环三种构型作为未来我国重型运载火箭连接环的设计输入,从工艺流程、工装设计及焊接工艺方面详细分析不同连接环结构对重型运载火箭箭体部段装配焊接的影响,指出连接环与短壳各种连接方式的局限性和优势,为我国重型运载火箭箭体结构设计及研制提供参考。
Heavy launch is the key to the future realization of manned lunar landing,space station construction and deep space exploration.This paper introduces the design structure of the mainstream rocket connecting ring at home and abroad,and uses the three configurations of the forked ring,Y ring and flanging T ring as the design input of the future heavy rocket connecting ring,the influence of different connecting ring structures on the assembly welding of the heavy launch body is analyzed in detail from the aspects of process flow,tooling design and welding technology.It is pointed out that the limitations and advantages of the connecting ring and the short shell,and provides reference for the design and development of heavy vehicle rocket body structure.
