摘要
采用金基钎料BAu70NiPd1005/1045的工艺针对活门组件进行试验研究,采用模拟试验件进行工艺摸索试验,经过参数调整、细致装配、工装改进等,最终摸索出一套Co-Cr-W与高温合金GH4169的焊接工艺方案,成功解决了活门组件采用金基钎料的真空钎焊技术难题,并且满足生产加工及焊接质量要求,目前该方案已应用于实际生产。
This paper mainly focuses on the research and test of the process of using the gold base filler metal BAu70NiPd1005/1045 for the valve assembly.The simulation test parts are mainly used for the process groping test.After the adjustment of the parameters,the detailed assembly,the improvement of the tooling and so on,a set of welding process scheme for the Co-Cr-W and the superalloy GH4169 is finally developed.The problem of vacuum brazing technology for valve assembly using gold based solder has been successfully solved.At present,this scheme has been applied in actual production and guided production.
