现阶段焊工培训的探究

Research on current welder training

焊接与热切割作业广泛应用于工业生产中,有着不可替代的作用。但作为特种作业,该行业从业者的技能培训存在周期长、效率低、培训材料耗费多、师资占用大等弊病。现阶段,用人单位对焊训的需求日趋多样,实用性要求不断提高。基于2007年以来的培训实践,建议采取精准化CAI、PPT教学、施行标准化培训、开展对比教学等方法,进一步改进焊工技能培训。

Welding and thermal cutting operations are widely used in industrial production and play an irreplaceable role.However,as a special operation,the skills training of the personnel in this industry has some problems,such as long period,low efficiency,high cost of training materials and great teacher occupation.At the present stage,the employing unit has increasingly diverse targets of welding training,and their practical demands are also improving constantly.Based on the training practice from the year 2007,it is suggested to adopt the precision CAI,PPT teaching,standardized training and contrastive teaching to further improve the welder skill training.
