斜拉桥异形索塔钢锚箱应用研究与设计 被引量:4

摘要 钢锚箱锚固的结构形式由于其传力方式明确、加工及施工方法成熟等优点在斜拉桥中得到应用,但较少应用于较小跨径(跨径<200 m)的斜拉桥中。以宁海腾飞路桥(独塔斜拉桥)为工程背景,对小跨径异形桥塔斜拉桥的拉索锚固体系进行设计及有限元计算分析。通过优化设计空间有限的索塔钢锚箱构造,解决桥塔锚固部分由于构造原因出现局部裂缝、异形桥塔不规则截面引起的环向预应力受力不均衡以及异形桥塔施工放样相对困难等问题。 The structural form of anchorage of steel anchor box is applied in cable-stayed bridge because of its advantages of clear transmission way and mature processing and construction method,but it is less applied to a cable-stayed bridge with small span(span<200 m).The design and finite element analysis of cable anchorage system for cable-stayed bridge with small span and special shaped pylon are carried out.By optimizing the design of the steel anchor box structure with limited space,it can solve the problems of the partial cracks in the anchorage of the bridge tower because of the structural reasons,the unbalance of the circumferential prestress caused by the irregular cross section of the special shaped bridge tower,and the relative difficulty in the construction of the special bridge tower.
