两种调节剂对玉米抗倒伏和产量的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Two Kinds of Regulator on Lodging-resistance and Yield of Maize

摘要 为了探明激动素(KT)和乙烯利(ETH)在德美亚2号玉米品种9展叶期喷施对茎秆抗倒伏能力及产量的影响,用清水为对照(CK),测定茎秆形态、力学性能、纤维素、木质素和相关酶活性。结果表明:KT和ETH喷施后倒伏率比CK均降低6.25%,KT处理后基部节间长度、穗位高和株高与CK无显著性差异,ETH处理比CK显著降低株高10.72%。KT增加基部节间直径、折断力度,显著增加纤维素含量,降低了木质素含量,喷施后第11、21、31 d显著增加吲哚乙酸氧化酶(IAAO)和苯丙氨酸解氨酶(POD)活性。ETH对基部第6、7、8节间长度和节间直径比CK显著增加。ETH处理与CK相比,纤维素含量和木质素含量显著增加,IAAO和POD活性增加。处理与对照木质素含量大小关系顺序为ETH>CK>KT。KT和ETH处理产量分别比CK增加19.98%和9.44%。KT和ETH处理降低倒伏率提高抗倒伏能力,且增加产量。 To find out the effect of kinetin and ethephon on Demeiya No.2 spraying at nine leaf stage on lodging-resistance capability of stalk and yield,using water as control,the stem morphology,mechanical properties,cellulose,lignin and relevant enzyme activity were measured.The results showed that the lodging rate spayed by KT and ETH was 6.25%lower than that spayed by CK,effect of KT on basal internodes length,ear height,plant height had no significant difference compared with that of control.ETH treatment plant height was 10.72%lower than CK.Compared with CK,KT treatment increased basal internodes diameter,breaking strength,cellulose content,reduced lignin content.After spaying KT 11,21,31 d,the activity of IAAO and POD increased.ETH treatment basal 6th,7th,8th internodes length and diameter than CK significant increase.Compared with CK,ETH treatment significantly increased cellulose and lignin content,and increased IAAO and POD activity.Treatment and CK lignin content ETH>CK>KT.KT and ETH treatment yield were 19.98%and 9.44%higher than CK.Kinetin and ethephon treatment reduced lodging rate and increased lodgingresistance capability,meanwhile increased yield.
