摘要
从土壤中筛选得到一株能转化甾体肟的菌株,经形态鉴定及18S r DNA序列分析,鉴定为沙门柏干酪青霉菌。利用该菌株对妊娠烯醇酮肟进行生物转化,以期得到具有潜在活性的3-羟基-5-烯类甾体肟衍生物。通过红外、质谱和核磁共振分析确定了甾体肟转化产物的化学结构。研究结果表明沙门柏干酪青霉菌具有转化甾体肟的能力,对妊娠烯醇酮肟进行生物转化的主要产物为7ɑ-羟基甾体肟衍生物。
A steroid-converting fungus isolated from soil samples was identified as Penicilliumcamemberti according to its morphological characters of clump and sequence analysis.The application of Penicilliumcamemberti for biotransformation of pregnenoloneoxime had been investigated to obtain the hydroxylated derivatives of 3-hydroxy-5-en-steroid oxime.Microbial metabolite was characterized by spectroscopic methods such as IR,MS and NMR.This fungus was found to biotransforme steroids.The results showed that the fermentation of pregnenoloneoxime with Penicilliumcamemberti yielded mainly 7-hydroxy steroids.
