火炮炮膛合力简化数值仿真

摘要 为简化计算,目前火炮炮膛合力计算时假定药室和坡膛内压强与膛底压强相同,这种简化必然存在误差。以某型火炮为对象,考虑药室和坡膛内膛压的曲线分布特性,用数值仿真方法研究了简化炮膛合力的误差以及由此引出的火炮后坐参数的计算误差。研究表明,采用简化计算方法,某型火炮的炮膛合力最大值减小5.2%,后坐长度减小7.9%,后坐最大速度减小5.4%,后坐阻力最大值减小10.9%;通过系数修正,上述参数的变化可控制在0.5%以内。研究为火炮精细化设计和保障提供了参考。 To simplify calculation,the calculation of gun bore resultant force assumes that there are the same pressure in chamber,cone section and bore bottom.And this assumption will bring error consequentially.Taking a certain gun as an example,considering the distribution curve of the chamber pressure and the cone section pressure,the error of the simplified gun bore force and the calculation error of the gun recoil parameter are studied by the numerical simulation method.The results show that with the simplified calculation method,the maximum value of the joint force of a certain artillery decreases by 5.2%,the recoil length decreases by 7.9%,the maximum recoil rate decreases by 5.4%and the maximum recoil resistance decreases by 10.9%.Through the coefficient correction,the change of parameters can be controlled within 0.5%.The research provides a reference for artillery refinement design and guarantee.
