摘要
某微波单机在实验环节发现单机波导法兰由于强度不足发生塑性变形,影响连接可靠性。从法兰拧紧力矩、材料、法兰厚度等几个方面入手,通过力学分析及实验验证,研究满足法兰强度的设计方案。该研究最终确定的有效措施形成了Q/V频段波导法兰设计规范,并将此措施应用于以后的型号研制任务中。
Waveguide flange of a microwave equipment occurred plastic deformation in tests due to weak strength.It may cause low reliability.With finite element analysis and experimental verification,this research tries to find out the reasons of plastic deformation from several aspects such as tightening torque,material,thickness of flange.Effective measures which found from this research turn into design standards of Q/V band waveguide flange and will be applied to follow-up works.
