基于炼镁回转窑煤粉制备与喷烧系统工艺研究

摘要 针对炼镁回转窑煤粉制备与喷烧系统,研究一种适合炼镁回转窑热工制度、适度提高窑内温度、拉长高温带长度、提高锻白质量和产量的工艺,突破传统炼镁业煤粉制备与喷烧系统工艺的弊端和局限性,实现炼镁回转窑煤粉制备与喷烧系统从制粉到喷烧的高效运行。 For pulverized coal preparation and spray burning system of rotary kiln for magnesium smelting,the industry has put forward some technology and equipment,but these techniques and equipment have some defects.This paper researches a kind of technology for the rotary kiln for magnesium smelting thermal system,which appropriately increases the temperature of kiln,elongates the length of high-temperature zone and improves the quality and yield of magnesium production.The process solves the drawbacks and limitations of the traditional pulverized coal preparation and injection system of the magnesium refining industry and realizes the efficient operation of pulverized coal preparation and injection system of the magnesium rotary kiln from milling to burning.
