摘要
农地膜覆盖技术的广泛使用,提高了农作物的产量,给农业发展带来了巨大的经济效益,但同时也给环境造成了严重的污染,如何处理覆盖后的残膜已经成为人类最关注的问题之一。废旧农地膜撕碎机是一种废旧塑料薄膜的撕碎预处理装置,在废膜的回收过程中,能够对废旧农地膜进行撕碎及细小垃圾的清除,对减轻环境污染具有重要的作用。滚筒是撕碎机的主要部件之一,在工作过程由于高速转动容易产生振动现象,其稳定性对整机的运行稳定性和振动噪声具有重要的影响。为了准确把握其振动特性,采用Solid Works软件对滚筒进行三维建模,并利用ANSYS有限元软件进行模态分析,得到了滚筒的前八阶固有频率和振型。从振型图可看出各部位振动的强弱分布规律及其在相应模态下的振动响应。将滚筒的固有频率与其工作频率进行对比,验证了该滚筒工作时不会有共振现象的产生,满足初步设计要求。该研究为滚筒做其他动力学分析提供了依据。
Though mulch cover technology brings great benefits for agricultural development,it also brings serious negative impacts on ecological environment.How to deal used mulch has become one of the most serious problems.Used mulch shredder is a kind of waste membrane pretreatment device,which can not only tear the used mulch but also remove the small garbage in recycling process.So it plays an important role in reducing the environment pollution.The roller is one of its key parts,which is easy to produce vibration in the working process because of high speed.Its stability has a great influence on whole operation stability and vibration noise.In order to accurately grasp its vibration characteristics,parametric modeling through SolidWorks software is established.Modal analysis is carried out based on ANSYS finite element software.The first eight order natural frequency and vibration model of roller are obtained.Vibration models show the distribution of the vibration intensity and the corresponding modal vibration responses.Comparison of the inherent frequency and working frequency verifies that the roller will not happen resonance phenomenon.That proves that the roller meet the requirements of the preliminary design.The results of the study lay a foundation for other dynamics analysis.
