摘要 飞机主起落架是飞机结构中的一个重要部件,它不仅承受着飞机与地面接触时产生的静、动载荷,而且还吸收飞机在着陆、高速滑跑时所产生的能量。介绍了支柱套筒式主起落架,利用CATIA进行三维建模、DMU进行运动仿真,模拟飞机着陆工况;对模型施加载荷,利用ANSYS进行受力分析;在假设条件下建立运动微分方程并求解;依据以上分析为合理设计起落架和减小飞机在着陆撞击、跑道滑行过程中起落架的振动提出合理建议。 The main landing gear is an important part of the aircraft structure,and it not only bears the static or dynamic load generated by the contact between aircraft and the ground,but also absorbs the energy in the process of landing or high-speed running.This paper describes the main landing gear of pillar type.Three-dimensional modeling is built using CATIA,and the landing conditions are simulated by DMU for motion.Load is applied to the model,and ANSYS is used analyze force.Under the assumed conditions,we can establish and solve the differential equations of motions.Based on the above analysis for the rational design of landing gear,recommendations are given to reduce the impact of vibration in the process of landing.
