摘要
介绍了一种水下电动清洗装置,可以广泛用于各类水下摄像、照明系统的玻璃窗口清洗,以减少玻璃窗口的杂质或生物附着,从而提高玻璃窗口的通透性。该水下电动清洗装置主机由水下电动机、传动机构和旋转清洗刷等部分组成,可长期、可靠地在水下100 m或同等压力环境下工作。重点介绍了该清洗装置中水下电动机的相关设计,尤其是水下密封设计。
This paper introduces an underwater electric cleaning device,which can be widely used for cleaning glass window for underwater camera and lighting system to reduce the adhesion of impurities or biological glass window,so as to improve the permeability of glass window.The underwater electric cleaning device host is composed of underwater motor,drive mechanism and a rotary cleaning brush and other components,which can long-term work under 100 meters water or equivalent pressure of conditions.This paper introduces the design of the cleaning device underwater motor,especially underwater sealing design.
