摘要
利用PATRAN&NASTRAN有限元软件对一种前支杆结构进行建模,模拟了在最大载荷作用下该结构的静力特性和振动模态,验证了该前支杆结构满足使用要求;根据应力和变形分布,综合考虑安全性、稳固性、经济性等因素,对前支杆结构进行优化。为实现前支杆结构轻量型设计提供参考。
The structure of a former strut is modeled using the PATRAN&NASTRAN finite element software to simulate the static characteristics and vibration modes of the structure under the maximum load.The structure of the front strut is verified to meet the requirements of the application.According to the distribution of stress and deformation,the structure of the front strut is optimized considering the factors of safety,stability and economy.It provides a reference for the lightweight design of the front strut structure.
