摘要 针对铸造行业大体积工件的搬运、打磨等问题,基于HALCON和C#混合编程方法和工业机器人实验平台,开发了具有视觉抓取技术的工业机器人系统,设计并调试系统各个组成部分,建立视觉定位抓取铸件打磨工作站,实现了工业机器人对工件的精确视觉定位并抓取,提高了铸件打磨效率同时并升级系统安全,为业内解决此类问题提供了一个新的参考。 In order to carry and polish large-sized workpiece in foundry industry,industrial robot system with visual snatching technologies is developed based on experimental platform of industrial robot and the mixed programming methods of HALCON and C#.Each component of the robot system are designed and debugged.Workstation of castings sanding with grasping is established.The robotic gripping and pinpoint is realized.The efficiency of castings sanding is improved and security system is upgraded.It provides a new reference to solve these problems in foundry industry.
