Deformation and Countermeasures of Aluminum Alloy Cylinder Head in Press Fit of Conduit Valve Seat

针对铝合金气缸盖的变形,建立描述导管阀座压装过程中缸盖变形的参数,并分析压装前后参数的变化和变形的影响,着重考虑从工艺过程的安排和依靠NC程序进行补偿等措施来解决缸盖变形的问题,减轻缸盖变形造成的尺寸超差等不良后果。

In order to solve the deformation of cylinder head of aluminum alloy,this paper describes the parameters describing the deformation of the cylinder head during the press-fitting of the catheter valve seat and analyzes the influence of the change of the parameters and the deformation before and after press-fitting.The arrangement of the process and the compensation of the NC program are used to solve the problem of deformation of the cylinder head so as to reduce the undesirable effects such as the size tolerance caused by the deformation of the cylinder head.
