中华竹鼠父系0和1世代肉用生产性能的比较分析

Comparative Analysis on Meat Production Performance of Generation 0 and Generation 1 of Paternal Rhizomys sinehsis Gray

为了解中华竹鼠父系肉用性能的选育进展,选取0世代和1世代的1日龄中华竹鼠父系各300只,每个世代再随机分为3个重复,每个重复100只。统计两个世代中华竹鼠的成活率、均匀度和体重3个肉用生产性能。结果表明,经过选育后,1世代的断奶鼠成活率、成年鼠成活率、断奶鼠均匀度、成年鼠均匀度较0世代提高4.7%,2.2%,2.9%和2.2%;断奶公鼠体重、断奶母鼠体重、成年公鼠体重、成年母鼠体重分别比0世代提高17.3、15.9、96.4和52.1 g·只-1,差异显著(P<0.05),表明中华竹鼠父系1世代的肉用生产性能的选育取得一定的进展。

To evaluate the development of meat performance of paternal Rhizomys sinehsis Gray,select the 0 and 1 generation of the 1 day old Rhizomys paternal each 300,each generation were divided into 3 replicates of 100 Rhizomy sinehsis per replicate.Evenness,weight and the survival rate of Rhizomys of generation 0 and generation 1 were counted.The results showed that survival rate of weaned rats,adult rats and evenness uniformity of weaned rats,adult rats of 1 generations were increased by 4.7%,2.2%,2.9%and 2.2%than the 0 generation;weight of each weaned male rat,weaned female rat,adult male rat,adult female rat was increased by 17.3,15.9,96.4 and 52.1 g than the 0 generation respectively.This experment showed that the breeding of Rhizomys sinensis paternal meat performance had made some progress.
