摘要 为研究鸡新城疫活疫苗血清学效力检验与靶动物免疫攻毒保护结果相关性,试验分别通过血清学和免疫攻毒两种方法测定了疫苗对试验鸡只的免疫效力。结果表明,疫苗免疫鸡只的血清HI抗体效价与抗攻毒保护呈现正相关。当鸡新城疫血清HI抗体效价达到5.0 log2时,攻毒保护率为100%,此时可认为疫苗对鸡新城疫病毒达到完全保护。为保证疫苗质量,建议鸡新城疫血清HI效价>5.0 log2时,可判定疫苗效力检验合格。 In order to study the correlation between the serological efficacy test of newcastle disease vaccine and the result of target animal immunization protection,the immune efficacy of vaccine against experimental chickens was determined by two methods of serology and immunization in this paper.The results showed that the HI antibody titer and anti attack protection of the vaccine were positive relevant.When the titer of HI antibody reached 5.0 log2,the protective rate of virus attack was 100%,and the vaccine could be completely protected against newcastle disease virus.In order to ensure the quality of the vaccine,the serum HI titer of Newcastle disease that was more than 5.0 log2,could be judged as qualified vaccine potency test.
