乳酸菌改善肠道防御功能的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 乳酸菌是一类益于机体健康的低致病性或无致病性的肠道正常菌群,其可产生抗菌物质如乳酸、过氧化氢、细菌素等,并通过竞争资源或肠黏膜黏附位点抑制致病菌。乳酸菌以物理化学方式吸附或产生抗毒素中和或直接降解毒素,从而降低毒素对机体的伤害;此外,其还可以诱导产生免疫相关因子,调节肠道黏膜免疫,改善胃肠道屏障,从而保护肠道。文章就乳酸菌对肠道防御功能的影响作以综述。 Lactobacillus have been defined as living microorganisms with low or no pathogenicity microorganisms that exert beneficial effects on the health of the host.Many studies have demonstrated that Lactobacillus can inhibit the growth of the intestinal pathogen by producing some antibacterial materials,such as lactic acid,peroxide and bacteriocins,or via competition limited resources or intestinal adhesion sites to inhibit pathogens.It can adsorb or produce antitoxin or neutralize toxin directly in physical and chemical way,so as to reduce the harm of toxin to organism.In addition,it can also induce immune related factors,regulating intestinal mucosal immunity,improving gastrointestinal barrier and can protect intestinal tract.The effects of Lactobacillus on intestinal defense function were reviewed in this paper.
