材料编码在发电设计中的应用

Application of Material Code in Thermal Power Generation Design

基于我国工程公司从设计转向工程总承包公司的发展要求,材料编码被要求应用于EPC工程设计、采购、施工和维护阶段以实现工程材料精确管理和设计信息全过程追溯。本文介绍了一种火力发电厂EPC工程材料编码和管理系统,阐述了火力发电厂工艺系统/电控设计中材料编码系统的应用方案,并对EPC全过程材料信息共享与传递的方法进行了展望。

According to meet transfer requirement from design based engineering corporation to EPC corporation,material code is used design、procurement、construction and maintenance phases.In this paper,a material&Procurement management system platform was introduced,the application of how to using material code in thermal power plant P&ID system I&IC and electric design was specified.And the way of sharing and transmitting material information in EPC whole phases was further presented.
