Research on Application of SAP System in Industrial Field

随着工业化和信息化融合进程的加速,ERP不再是新型概念,而是成为企业实现资源有效整合、支撑产业可持续发展和信息一体化的经营决策工具。本研究基于对SAP的简述和SAP系统在国内使用的现状分析,结合工业领域的项目特点和实施过程,简要分析实施过程的问题应对策略和风险管控措施,以期为项目实施提供一些理论和实践参考。

With the acceleration of the process of industrialization and information integration,ERP is no longer a new concept,but is a business decision tool to realize the effective integration of resources and support the sustainable development of the industry and the integration of information.This research is based on the brief introduction of SAP and the status analysis of SAP system in China,combined with the characteristics and implementation process of the industrial project,and briefly analyzes the countermeasures and risk management of the implementation process,in order to provide some theoretical and practical reference for the implementation of the project.
