随着社会的不断发展,政府与民众间的联系逐渐加强,在政府门户网站管理质量提高的情况下,将能促进社会的稳定。因此,笔者对湖北省内各级政府门户网站信息公开存在的问题进行深入分析,如法律制度不完善、信息资源开发不理想、网站设计不合理,并提出合理的解决措施,如建立健全法律制度、有序整理加工信息、全面建设门户网站,希望能为政府门户网站的建设人员提供一些借鉴性建议,从而提升信息公开质量。

With the continuous development of the society,the relationship between the government and the people is gradually strengthened.In the case of the improvement of the government portal management quality,the social stability will be promoted.Therefore,the author makes an in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the open information of the government portal websites in Hubei Province,such as the imperfect legal system,the unsatisfactory development of information resources,the unreasonable design of the website,and the reasonable solutions,such as establishing a sound legal system,ordering the processing information in an orderly manner,and building a comprehensive portal website It hopes to provide some reference suggestions for the government portal website builders,so as to enhance the quality of information disclosure.
