医院药学人员岗位轮转调查及管理策略

Investigation of pharmacist appointment rotation and related management strategy

目的:了解河南南阳地区药学人员的岗位轮转开展情况和药学人员的岗位轮转意向,从而优化药学人员岗位轮转的管理。方法:通过抽样调查,对南阳地区13家医院的141名药学人员进行"岗位轮转意向"问卷调查,利用Excel对数据进行统计分析。结果:在调查的13家医院中,12家医院(92.3%)对门诊调剂室和住院调剂室进行岗位轮转,11家医院(84.6%)对药库进行岗位轮转,临床药学室、静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)等其他部门基本无岗位轮转。临床药学室和门诊调剂室人员岗位轮转意愿最强烈,分别有129名(91.7%)和113名(80.0%)人员有意向岗位轮转;PIVAS和住院调剂室愿意前往率最高,分别有119名(84.7%)和88名(62.4%)人员愿意前往。年轻的药学人员岗位轮转意向强于年长的药学人员。结论:药学人员对岗位轮转的意向存在一定的差异性或倾向性。医院药学管理人员应该合理安排药学人员岗位轮转,尽可能做到统筹兼顾。

Objective:To investigate the current situation and intention of pharmacist appointment rotation in Nanyang area of Henan,so as to optimize the management of appointment rotation for pharmacists.Methods:Through sampling,a questionnaire survey on the intention of appointment rotation was conducted in 141 pharmacists from 13 hospitals in Nanyang area,and the data obtained from the survey were collected and analyzed by Excel software.Results:In the 13 hospital that un-derwent the survey,12 hospitals(92.31%)had appointment rotation between the outpatient dispensary and inpatient dispensa-ry,and 11 hospitals(84.6%)had appointment rotation between the post of the drug warehouses,but there was almost no ap-pointment rotation in clinical pharmacy,pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS)and other units.The intention for appointment rotation was most strong in clinical pharmacy and outpatient pharmacy,where 129(91.7%)and 113(80.0%)medical personnel had the intention for rotation.PIVAS and inpatient dispensary were most preferred by surveyed pharmacists.There were 119(84.7%)and 88(62.4%)pharmacists willing to go to the PIVAS and inpatient dispensary,respectively.The intention for appointment rotation among junior medical personnel was stronger than that among the older ones.Conclusion:With regard to the intention for appointment rotation,there exist certain differences or tendency among pharmacists,so the hospital pharmacy managers should make proper arrangement for them to have appointment rotation and should do as much as it can in accordance with the principle of overall consideration.
