摘要
近年来,企业岗位需求增速较快,企业招聘难度加大。企业该如何保证招聘质量,综合优化招聘的有效性,成为企业亟待解决的重要课题。论文在对企业招聘有效性对企业整体运营的影响进行分析的基础上,从招聘成本、效率、精准度三个方面对企业招聘的有效性进行分析,并提出优化企业招聘有效性的策略。
In recent years,the demand for jobs in enterprises has increased rapidly and the recruitment difficulty has become more difficult.How do enterprises ensure the quality of recruitment and comprehensively optimize the effectiveness of recruitment has become the important subject for enterprise urgently.On the basis of analyzing the effect of recruitment effectiveness on the overall operation of enterprises,this paper analyzes the effectiveness of recruitment from three aspects:recruitment cost,efficiency and accuracy.At the same time,the strategy of optimizing the effectiveness of enterprise recruitment is put forward.
