The development of information technology has continuously affected people's life and working style.The advent of the big data age has greatly improved the ability of information operation and processing.The information enterprise management model based on the big data construction will have profound influence on the enterprise development.This paper introduces the meaning of the big data age,analyzes the change of the enterprise management mode in the new period,constructs a fully new enterprise management model,aims at finding the problems of the enterprise management mode through the innovation research of the enterprise management mode in the current big data age,and puts forward the solution.
