论文展开对国际工程管理中施工成本控制的策略研究,其主要目的在于了解当前国际工程管理的现状,及工程施工成本控制情况。在新的发展环境下,国际工程项目不断增多,其项目市场竞争日渐激烈。同时,在诸多因素的影响下,国际工程管理中存在着一定的成本控制不足形象。为此,论文在研究中首先对国际工程管理中施工成本控制存在的问题分析。同时,重点研究国际工程管理中施工成本的控制措施。

This paper launches the strategy research of China's construction cost control for international project management,its main purpose is to understand the current status of international engineering management and the cost control of engineering construction.Under the new development environment,the number of international engineering projects is increasing,and the market environment of the project is becoming more and more intense.At the same time,under the influence of many factors,there is a certain image of lack of cost control in the management of international engineering.Therefore,this paper firstly analyzes the problems of the construction cost control in the international engineering management.At the same time,it focuses on the construction cost control measures in the international engineering management.
