摘要
在科技和经济高速发展的背景下,新生代知识型员工逐渐成为职场的中流砥柱,对新生代员工的激励机制的创新迫在眉睫。论文基于霍兰德职业测试对员工进行分类,针对员工不同的职业兴趣类型进行差异化激励的研究,希望为员工个性化激励设计提供新思路。
Under the background of rapid development of science and technology and economy,the new generation of knowledge type workers has gradually become the mainstay of the workplace,and the innovation of the incentive mechanism for the new generation of employees is imminent.This article is based on Holland's occupational testing to classify employees,according to different types of professional interests of employees to conduct differentiated incentive research,hopes to provide a new idea for the individual incentive design.
