论文在研究股权众筹退出机制现状和问题的基础上,从法律法规、退出标准及渠道、股权转让二级市场这三方面提出完善股权众筹退出机制的建议。通过不断加强股权众筹行业对投资者的利益保护来提升大众投资众筹行业的热情,进一步完善我国投融资市场。

This article is on the basis of studying the status and problems of the exit mechanism of equity-based crowdfunding,and puts forward suggestions to perfect exit mechanism of equity-based crowdfunding from the rule of law,exit criteria and channels,and the secondary market of equity transfer system.We will enhance the enthusiasm of the crowdfunding industry and further improve the investment and financing market in China by continuously strengthening the interest protection of investors in the equity.
