Present Situation and the Thought Dynamic Analysis of the Grass-Roots Material Personnel

论文在笔者调查研究的基础上试着对基层物资人员队伍现状及思想动态进行分析,以研究出提高物资人员素质,提升物资管理水平,从而达到现代化项目管理要求的有效办法。

On the basis of the author's investigation,the paper tries to analyze the current situation and the thought of the grass-roots material personnel.The aim is to study the effective methods of improving the quality of material personnel and improving the level of material management so as to meet the requirements of modernization project management.
