大数据时代是信息技术高速发展的产物,不断对社会的各行各业产生着潜移默化的影响,目前,大数据理念在档案管理方面的应用逐渐受到人们的重视,基于大数据背景下开展档案价值研究十分必要。论文简述了大数据时代的技术特征与涵义,对大数据时代下开展档案价值管理的现实意义展开探究,并提出了新时期档案价值开发利用的具体方案。旨在促进大数据时代档案价值及开发的信息化改革,为有效挖掘档案管理价值提供方案参考。

The large data age is the production of the rapid development of information technology,which exerts a subtle influence on all walks of life of the society.At present,the application of large data concept in archives management has been paid more and more attention,and it is necessary to study the value of archives based on the background of large data.This paper briefly describes the technical features and implications of the large data age,explores the practical significance of carrying out archives value management in the era of large data,and puts forward the concrete plan of developing and utilizing archives value in the new era.It aims to promote the information reform of archives value and development in the era of big data,and provide a reference for effectively excavating the value of archives management.
