The real estate industry as an important pillar industry of China's economy,takes an important role in the development of Chinese society,with a large amount of capital into real estate,real estate enterprise in China is expanding,the application of information technology has become a mainstream trend in the real estate business management.This paper briefly describes the main application fields of computer technology in enterprises,and puts forward some suggestions for deepening the application of computer technology and improving the quality of enterprise management.The purpose is to further promote the application of computer information technology in enterprises,and promote the management level of real estate industry comprehensively.
