摘要
以葡萄及葡萄酒生产过程中副产物为研究对象,对葡萄酒生产过程中副产物的综合利用进行了研究和分析,探讨了酿造过程中副产物绿色环保利用中存在的问题,并提出相应对策。
In the process of grape and wine production,the by-products are studied and analyzed.This paper discusses the problems existing in the green environmental protection of by-products in the brewing process and puts forward some countermeasures.
