摘要
以大曲为样品,通过电子鼻采集气味数据,与同批次原酒建立对应关系,再以原酒评语为参考依据,建立原酒评分模板,探讨大曲电子鼻数据与原酒质量之间的预判关系。
The parallel sample Daqu data was collected by the electronic nose,establish correspondence with the same batch of original wine.Based on the original wine evaluation,the original wine scoring template was established to explore the relationship between the Daqu data and the quality of the original wine.
