摘要
对常见的2种食品中铬元素的测定方法进行比较分析,测定方法分别为电感耦合等离子体质谱仪法(GB5009.268-2016《食品安全国家标准食品中多元素的测定》)和原子吸收石墨炉法(GB5009.123-2014《食品安全国家标准食品中铬的测定》)。以富铬奶粉和消渴麦片为样本,对2种检测方法进行比较,测定结果均在允许偏差之内,可满足检测要求,为保健食品中铬元素的检测提供相关数据依据。
In this paper,the two methods of determination of chromium in food were compared,including ICP-MS(GB5009.268-2016 The determination of multi-elements in food)and graphite furnace atomic absorption(GB5009.123-2014 The determination of chromium in food).Taking chromium-rich milk powder and Xiaoke oatmeal as samples,the two determination methods were compared,and the results werewithin the allowable deviation,which could meet the detection requirements and provide relevant data basis for the detection of chromium in health foods.
