摘要 目的探析孕期接受专业的个性化饮食指导对妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2016年2月~2017年8月在我院诊断治疗的180例孕妇选为观察对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组,每组90例。常规组孕妇接受常规产前检查与健康教育,在常规组基础上,专业组孕妇接受专业个性化饮食指导,对两组孕妇的分娩方式、孕期营养状况、孕期并发症、分娩期并发症、产后康复及新生儿状况进行统计比较。结果在分娩方式方面,专业组的孕妇阴道分娩率显著高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=15.8026,P<0.05);专业组的孕期营养状况、产后康复、新生儿健康方面均显著优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);专业组妊娠高血压、妊娠糖尿病、产后出血发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);专业组中,巨大儿0例,低体重儿1例(1.11%);常规组中,巨大儿6例(6.67%),低体重儿8例(8.89%)。专业组新生儿并发症发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.2069、5.7309,P=0.0127、0.0166)。结论孕期接受专业个性化饮食指导对妊娠结局影响十分显著,不仅可以改善孕妇营养状况,还可以减少并发症的发生,最大限度地确保了母婴安全,值得临床进一步借鉴与应用。 Objective To explore the effect of acceptance of professional individualized pregnancy diet guidance on pregnancy outcome.Methods All of 180 pregnant women diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2016 to August 2017 were selected as observation objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,90 cases in each group.The pregnant women in the routine group received routine prenatal examination and health education.on the basis of routine group,the pregnant women in the specialized group received professional individualized diet guidance.The delivery mode,nutritional status during pregnancy,complications during pregnancy,complications during delivery,postpartum recovery and neonatal status of the two groups were statistically compared.Results In terms of delivery mode,the vaginal delivery rate of pregnant women in the professional group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(χ2=15.8026,P<0.05).The nutritional status during pregnancy,postpartum recovery and neonatal health in the professional group were significantly better than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of pregnancy hypertension,pregnancy diabetes and postpartum hemorrhage in the professional group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).In the professional group,there were 0 macrosomia and 1 low birth weight(1.11%).In the conventional group,6 cases(6.67%)were macrosomia and 8 cases(8.89%)were low birth weight.The incidence of neonatal complications in the professional group was lower than that in the conventional group(χ2=6.2069,5.7309,P=0.0127,0.0166).Conclusion The professional individualized diet guidance during pregnancy is very significant for the pregnancy outcome.It can not only improve the nutritional status of pregnant women,but also reduce the occurrence of complications,maximize the safety of mothers and infants,which is worthy of further clinical reference and application.
