摘要
针对扩展遂昌金矿新游客中心及配套服务设施的面积爆破施工中,周边环境特别复杂,保护物众多的情况,遵循"自上而下、由南向北、分区域、留屏障、多台阶、少排数"的原则,采用常规深孔台阶爆破,分台阶开挖。基于开挖地区呈山体状,选择在靠近被保护物边坡面一侧预留保护屏障的深孔爆破方法,并设计合理的孔网参数,采用孔外延时逐孔起爆技术和安全防护措施,有效地控制了爆破振动、飞石、滚石、冲击波、噪音等有害效应,安全顺利的完成了爆破施工任务,效果良好。该爆破工程的实例,可为类似工程提供参考。
In the area blasting construction of the new tourist center and supporting service facilities in Suichang gold mine,the surrounding environment is especially complicated and there are many protective objects.According to the principle of"from top to bottom,from south to north,sub-area,retaining barrier,more benches,less rows",the conventional deep-hole bench blasting is adopted,and the excavation is divided into benches.Based on the mountain shape of the excavation area,the method of deep hole blasting with reserved protective barrier near the side of the protected slope is selected,and the reasonable hole-network parameters are designed.By adopting hole by hole initiation technique and safety protection measures,the harmful effects such as blasting vibration,flying stone,rolling stone,shock wave,noise and so on are effectively controlled.The blasting construction task has been completed successfully and the effect is good.The example of the blasting project can provide reference for similar projects.
