摘要
针对待拆除酒店的结构是多种截面承重立柱且立柱截面尺寸较大、高宽比较小的特点,以及所处的环境比较复杂的情况。确定采取定向爆破方式,选择南侧单向倒塌爆破方案。为使待拆建筑物顺利倒塌且解体充分,首先在爆破前对建筑物的非承重结构进行必要的预处理与预拆除,然后通过试爆,确定出各不同截面承重立柱的合理爆破参数。采用延时起爆技术和开挖减振沟、铺设缓冲层等防振措施,有效地降低了爆破振动和落地振动对周围建筑物的影响,最终取得了理想的爆破效果。
The structure of the building to be demolished is characterized by multi-section bearing columns and the column has a large section size and a relatively small ratio of height and width,and the environment is more complicated.The directional blasting method is used,and choose the south side one-way collapse blasting program.To make the building to be demolished smoothly collapsed and disintegrated,first of all,the necessary pretreatment and pre-demolition of the non-load-bearing structure of the building.Then through the test blasting,the reasonable blasting parameters of the bearing columns with different sections were determined.Delayed detonation techniques,vibration reduction ditch,buffer layers,and some vibration reduction measures are used.Effectively reduce the impact of blasting vibration and collapse vibration on the surrounding buildings.Finally the ideal blasting effect is achieved.
