摘要
采用低温小梁弯曲(BBR)试验,同时结合Burgers模型对不同老化状态下的SBS改性沥青进行低温性能分析,验证了PG低温分级和黏弹性指标间的相适应性,发现短期老化对星型SBS改性沥青的低温性能有利以及SBS改性沥青存在蠕变速率不足的问题.利用傅里叶红外光谱FTIR技术定量分析了老化对SBS改性沥青官能团的影响,并对沥青各项物理化学指标间的相关关系进行了研究,结果表明:SBS改性沥青的低温性能与脂肪长链指数有关,脂肪长链指数越小,SBS改性沥青的低温性能越好.
By BBR test and Burgers model analysis,the low temperature performance of different kinds of SBS modified asphalt under different aging process were analyzed.It had been proved that asphalt viscoelastic characteristics match the PG low temperature grading system well.Analysis results also show that short-term aging process is favorable to low temperature performance of radial SBS modified asphalt and SBS modified asphalt shows deficiency with respect to creep rate.Quantitative analysis of aging influence on functional groups based on Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)are also conducted.The correlation between various physical and chemical indexes is discussed.It indicates that the smaller aliphatic long-chain index is,the better low temperature performance SBS modified asphalt shows.
