基于DEA模型的广西旅游效率评价

Evaluation of tourism efficiency in Guangxi based on DEA model

采用DEA模型,对广西14个地区2010—2014年的旅游效率进行趋势分析,并侧重对2014年广西各地区旅游效率进行研究。结果表明:2010—2013年广西地区旅游的综合效率逐年上升,2014年减弱,只有5个地区在技术效率、纯技术效率、规模效率上都达到了DEA有效,规模收益不变,而其余地区未能达到DEA有效,在旅游投入上存在冗余,需要对投入冗余的地区作出相应的调整。根据旅游效率分析将这些地区分为5种旅游发展类型,对不同地区的旅游发展提出相应的建议和对策,使产出规模达到效率最优。

This paper analyzes the tourism efficiency of 14 regions in Guangxi from 2010 to 2014 by the DEA model,focusing on the study of tourism efficiency in Guangxi in 2014.The results show that:(1)The comprehensive efficiency of tourism in Guangxi from 2010 to 2013 increased year by year and decreased in 2014;(2)Only five regions achieved the efficiency of the DEA in terms of technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency,maintaining the same scale revenue,while the other regions failed to achieve the efficiency of the DEA;(3)There is redundancy in tourism investment,which needs to be adjusted accordingly.According to the tourism efficiency analysis,we divided these regions into five types of tourism development,and put forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures for the tourism development in different regions,so as to achieve the optimal output scale.
