企业薪酬管理公平性对员工工作绩效的影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 对于一个企业来说薪酬的管理是必不可少的,有时企业中薪酬的管理是否合理关系着一个企业未来的长远发展。员工可以说是一个企业的灵魂,员工的积极性影响着生产的高效性,从而影响一个企业的利润。从这个角度来说调动企业员工的积极性就是为企业增加利润。然而员工的积极性与他们的薪酬有直接关系,企业公平的薪酬管理就会提高员工的工作绩效,所以为了企业的长远发展,调动员工的积极性,挖掘员工的潜力与创造力就要合理管理企业的薪酬。文章就企业薪酬管理与员工的工作绩效之间的相互影响进行了较为详细的分析论述。
