微动力手机在复杂阻生齿拔除术中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨利用种植系统中的微动力手机配合其独立的冷却水系统的微创拔牙技术拔除复杂阻生齿的临床疗效。方法选取需要拔除阻生齿的患者依据其术前口腔全景片分析阻生情况并根据患者自身情况选择符合标准的300例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组150例。试验组利用种植系统中的微动力手机配合其独立的冷却水系统磨除阻力、分牙进行拔牙,对照组应用传统器械如劈开凿去除阻力、劈开牙冠及骨进行拔牙。对比观察2组所用的手术时间、患者术中反应和术后并发症(疼痛、肿胀、张口度、干槽症)发生率及断根情况。结果试验组拔牙时间(44.06±10.21)min,对照组拔牙时间(64.96±10.15)min,试验组拔牙时间较对照组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后肿胀程度、疼痛程度、张口受限程度、关节疼痛程度、下唇是否麻木、干槽症发生率较对照组均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论利用种植系统中的微动力手机配合其独立的冷却水系统拔除复杂下颌阻生牙能显著缩短手术时间,减少患者术后并发症。 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of micro power combined set in planting system combined with independent cooling water system in minimally invasive tooth extraction technique to remove complex impacted teeth.Methods Three hundred patients with complex impacted teeth were randomly dividing into experimental group(n=150)and control group(n=150).The patients in experimental group were treated by micro power combined set in planting system combined with independent cooling water system to remove complex impacted teeth,however,the patients in control group were treated by traditional instrument to remove complex impacted teeth.The operation time,the incidence rates of postoperative complications including pain,swelling,mouth opening,dry mouth disease,and the cases of root breaking were observed and compared between two groups.Results The operation time in experimental group was significantly shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence rates of postoperative complications including pain,swelling,mouth opening,dry mouth disease were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The appliaction of micro power combined set combined with independent cooling water system to remove complex impacted teeth can significantly shorten the operation time,reduce postoperative complications of patients.
