摘要
综合分析了电站锅炉送粉管道煤粉浓度的测量方法,提出管路压降法是测量送粉管道煤粉浓度较为可行的方法,具有工程实用价值。针对压降损失与煤粉浓度之间的关系,采用气固两相流模型,模拟水平管道和基于圆形孔板直管道的气力输送过程,结果表明本研究所建立的数学模型和数值求解方法是有效的,相对于水平管道基于圆形孔板阻力元件的直管道在测量结果上具有较高的精度。
A comprehensive discussion on measuring pulverized coal concentration in the power industry boiler was made.It was recommended that the pressure drop method along the pipeline was feasible,which had practical value in engineering.For the relationship of pressure drop and pulverized coal concentration,the pneumatic conveying process of horizontal pipeline and straight pipeline with round orifice was simulated through gas-solid two-phase flow model.The result showed that the mathematical model and numerical solution established were effective.Comparing with horizontal pipeline,the measurement of straight pipeline with round orifice had higher accuracy.
