云南建设面向南亚东南亚区域性国际人文交流中心研究

Study of Yunnan in Building China's Regional International Humanities Exchange Center Facing South Asia and Southeast Asia

人文交流是"民心相通"的重要内容,而"民心相通"是"一带一路"建设的五大合作重点之一。云南作为中国具有独特区位优势的重要省份,在中国促进与南亚东南亚国家人文交流和民心相通方面具有与其他省份不可替代的优势和地位。近年来,云南在促进与南亚东南亚国家人文交流及民心相通方面做了大量工作,并取得了显著成绩,但离"一带一路"要求还有很大差距,今后还需要从多方面继续推进人文交流及民心相通工作,加快面向南亚东南亚辐射中心建设,以更好为国家发展战略服务。

Humanistic exchanges are an important part of the“connectivity of people”,one of the five major cooperative focuses of the“Belt and Road Initiative”.Yunnan,as an important province with unique geographical advantages,has an irreplaceable advantage and position compared with other provinces in promoting humanistic exchanges and commonalities with South Asian and Southeast Asian countries.In recent years,Yunnan has done a great deal to promote cultural exchanges and commonalities with the South Asian and Southeast Asian countries,and has made remarkable achievements.However,there is still a long distance from the“Belt and Road”requirements.In the future,we must continue to promote cultural exchanges in many aspects,and accelerate the construction of a radiation center for South Asia and Southeast Asia so as to better serve the country’s development strategy.
