海南省旅游业发展区域差异空间分析及其影响因素研究

Spatial Regional Differences in the Development of Tourism in Hainan Province and Its Influencing Factors

旅游业的区域非均衡发展是一种客观存在的普遍现象。研究采用变异系数、赫芬达尔指数、泰尔指数等指标,测算了2006~2015年间海南省18个市县旅游业发展区域差异变化的时空特征;以省内市县间差异为切入点,运用固定效应模型,探索影响海南省旅游业区域差异空间格局的主要因素。研究结果表明:(1)海南省旅游业区域非均衡发展现象明显,且主要表现为东、中、西三个地区间的发展差异;(2)各市县间旅游业发展差异逐渐缩小,尤其是国际旅游岛建设上升为国家战略以来,海南省旅游业区域非均衡程度迅速下降;(3)旅游资源、旅游服务设施、产业政策是影响海南省旅游业区域差异空间格局的主要因素。最后,总结提出了全域旅游背景下实现海南省区域旅游协调发展的政策建议。

The regional unbalanced development of tourism is an ordinary phenomenon of objective existence.Using coefficient of variation,Herfindal index and Theil index,this paper estimated temporal and spatial characteristics of regional differences of tourism development in 18 cities and counties in Hainan Province from 2006 to 2015;by using fixed effect change intercept model,the paper explores the main factors affecting the regional differences in Hainan tourism from the perspective of differences between cities and counties.The results are as following:(1)The regional inequality in tourism development in Hainan Province is significant,and mostly between the East,the midlands and the West;(2)The differences of tourism development between cities and counties gradually narrow,and the unbalanced degree of regional tourism development has rapidly declined after the construction of international tourism island strategy;(3)Tourism resources,tourism service facilities and policy are the main factors that affect the spatial pattern of regional inequality in Hainan tourism.In the end,the paper puts forward the suggestion of coordinated development of regional tourism in Hainan under the background of global tourism.
