摘要
在对海南省可持续发展与生态文明建设基本情况进行调查分析的基础之上,针对省内特殊条件,分别建立针对全省自身条件的可持续发展和契合实际的生态文明建设两个系统的评价指标体系。采用改进的熵权TOPSIS法对海南全省2010~2015年的可持续发展与生态文明建设能力进行测定,并对二者的耦合协调发展程度进行评价分析。最后综合可持续发展与生态文明建设两个系统的评价结果与二者的耦合协调发展程度,提出具有针对性和现实意义的可持续发展与生态文明建设的持续、健康、有序的发展路径。
Based on the investigation and analysis of the sustainable development and ecological civilization construction,with the consideration of the special conditions in Hainan province,the evaluation index systems for the sustainable development of the whole province and the practical ecological civilization construction are established respectively.The Improved Entropy Weight TOPSIS Method is used to measure the sustainable development and ecological civilization construction capability of Hainan province from 2010 to 2015.Then the paper evaluates and analyzes the degree of coupling coordinated development of the sustainable development and ecological civilization construction capability.In the end,by integrating the evaluation results of the two systems with the level of their coupling coordinated development,it puts forward a sustainable,healthy and orderly path of sustainable development and ecological civilization construction,which is of practical significance.
