Growth Path and Successful Experience of the Female Tourism Elites of the Li People: An Empirical Survey Based on Sanya and Wuzhishan Scenic Spots

依托民族旅游业的发展,一些黎族女性旅游业精英成长起来。根据她们的成长路径和成长依托平台,可以把她们分为品牌型精英、开拓型精英、管理型精英和技术型精英。她们的成功经验在于都较好地把个人资本进行了投资和再生产,使之转换为可供利用的社会资本。而且,通过对活动场域的成功转换,再加上制度变化改变了政府的性别偏好,她们因此走上了旅游业精英发展之路。但怎样动员这些女性旅游业精英向政治精英转化,为更多女性谋取社会福利,这是需要进一步探讨和思考的问题。

Based on the development of tourism,some female tourism elites of the Li People have grown up.According to their growth path and platform,the paper divides them into four types:brand elites,go ahead elites,management elites and technical elites.They successfully transited their individual ability into social capital and made use of the social capital into reproduction.However,how to mobilize these female tourism elites to transform into political elites and seek more social benefits for women is a matter that needs further exploration and consideration.
